New COVID-19 Update

Message to Our Clients -

Due to an executive order given by Colorado Governor Jared Polis on March 20, 2020, Colorado veterinary facilities are being required to temporarily postpone elective surgeries until April 15, 2020, in order to preserve personal protection equipment as part of the State of Colorado’s COVID-19 pandemic response.

This includes dental surgeries and other surgeries considered optional that can be postponed until a later date. It does not include emergency, lifesaving procedures, which we will still be providing.

Unfortunately, in order to remain open, this has required us to temporarily reduce the size of our support staff and shorten our hours of business. Our new temporary business hours are as follows:

8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Monday through Saturday
Closed on Sunday

We are still able to provide exams and all other routine medical services, including, preventive care, sick pet care, and medical treatments, as well as blood work, ultrasound, laser therapy, and x-rays.

We are currently scheduling elective surgeries to start again on April 15th, so do not hesitate to contact us and schedule your pet’s dental or other elective procedure. We will be happy to schedule your pet in on a day that works best for you.

As always, thank you for choosing us to provide care for your furry friends. It is our passion and professional commitment to helping your pets live their best lives!

COVID-19 Informational Message to Our Clients

All of us at Lone Tree Veterinary Medical Center love coming in to our facility every day and caring for your pets. It is our passion and professional commitment to provide the best care possible and with the highest standards in veterinary care.

In order for us to continue to be here for your pets, it is imperative that we keep our facility safe for our support staff and medical team, as well as for our clients and their pets.

Please do not come into our facility if you are not feeling well or have symptoms of COVID-19 – fever, difficulty breathing or coughing – or have someone in your household who is sick with these symptoms or COVID-19 positive. We will be happy to schedule an appointment for your pet for a future date when you are well.

For our clients who are well and not showing symptoms of COVID-19, we have implemented the following steps to protect everyone. Please help us by following them.

For scheduled appointments, boarding, grooming, and obedience check-ins: We are asking our clients to limit themselves to one person per pet while inside our lobby. No children, friends, or other family members, please.

When you arrive at our facility, please check-in at our reception counter. In order to limit the number of people in our lobby at any given time, we may ask you to return to your car and wait for a staff member to come out and bring you and your pet inside the lobby.

For exams: If you prefer to wait in your car while our veterinarian conducts your pet’s exam, please inform us of that request when you check-in.

For check-outs: We will expedite your check-out procedure as quickly as possible and instruct you accordingly at that time. Once we have taken your payment information, we may ask you to wait in your car while we bring your pet to the lobby and out to your car.

For food, prescription, and retail product purchases: Please call us in advance with your product request, and once we take payment over the phone, we will bring your purchase and receipt to your car upon your arrival.

Please note: We are currently not providing any Boarding Lodge Tours or allowing pet visitations.

We will keep you posted of any changes to our business hours via our website, Facebook page, email and App notifications -- if and when they occur.
