What do I have to do to sign up?

Our App also gives you easy access to your pet’s vaccine information, plus, the ability to request an appointment or a food product, to receive a reminder or a message, and post your pet selfies -- all from the convenience of your phone!
Once the app is downloaded, what do I have to do to sign up?
- Click ‘Log In’ to create your account. Be sure to use the name and email we have for you in our system file. If you’re not sure, please check with us first.
- Once you have created an account, the app will automatically sync with your pet’s information and a confirmation email will be sent to you. It may take up to 24 hours for the App to fully sync, so do not worry if it does not happen immediately.
What do I have to do to get rewards from the program?
Once the App is downloaded, you will be eligible for rewards starting with your next invoice of $100 or more. Rewards will be applied automatically within 24 to 48 hours of the invoice date. Please note that they are not retroactive, so invoices incurred prior to the App download are not eligible. You can also disregard the scanner on your Loyalty Stamp card in the App, as we are not utilizing that feature at this time.
How will I know I received my rewards?
You will receive a notification in your App when a reward stamp is applied.
What services and products count towards rewards?
Every product and service we offer in-house at our facility applies. Online orders through our Online Store & Pharmacy do not qualify. Important things to remember:
- Loyalty stamps start on the day that you download the App, so don’t wait – stamps are not retroactive.
- You are rewarded one stamp for every $100 you spend per invoice, it is not cumulative.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for your pet’s data to sync.
