OUR HOURS
We are open every day of the week, including Saturday and Sunday, so you can schedule your pet's visit with us on the day most convenient for you. We do not charge an 'after hours' fee for routine appointments that are scheduled during our evening and weekend hours. You can reach us at 303-708-8050.

We are not a 24-hour or overnight emergency facility, however, if your pet should require emergency care, we do provide emergency and critical care during our regular business hours. An additional emergency fee will be assessed if we are required to re-schedule or cancel any appointments in order to adequately accommodate an emergency patient.
In the event your pet requires overnight observation or we are unable to stabilize and adequately treat your pet so that it can go home before we close for the day, we will refer you to the nearest 24-hour pet emergency facility.
STAFF TRAINING DAY
We are committed to providing top notch, state-of-the-art care for your pet, which requires that our staff stays up-to-date on an an array of procedures, protocols, diagnostic equipment, medications, prescription diets, and pet care products.
In order to accomplish this with our entire staff, we close between 11:30am and 3:00pm one day each month for continuing education and training. Please note, that because we are closed, we will not be available to take phone calls, check-in pets, or check-out pets to go home during this time.
Our February training meeting will be held on Tuesday, the 16th.
On this day, we will be open from 7:00am until11:30am, closed from 11:30am until 3:00pm, and open from 3:00pm until 8:00pm.
